Browser play is convenient, but saving works differently from game to game.
Progress can be local
Some browser games store settings or progress on your device. Others run only for the current session or use a provider’s own account service. Pondokislami does not provide a universal game save system.
Look for an explicit save indicator or provider instruction before assuming you can close a game and resume later. A level screen alone does not establish that progress has been saved.
Understand what clearing data does
Deleting cookies or site storage can remove game settings and progress. Private browsing can also discard local data when the private session closes. The exact behavior depends on the browser and provider.
You can choose stronger privacy settings while understanding their functional effects. Our Privacy Policy explains the storage categories and independent game hosts.
A new device is a new context
Opening a game guide on a second device does not automatically move a save from the first. Unless the game provider offers and documents synchronization, expect each browser to have its own local state.
Bookmarks save a page address, not the game’s internal state. Keep that difference in mind before switching devices in the middle of a longer puzzle.
Ask with useful details
If progress disappears, note whether you changed devices, cleared browser data, used private browsing or restarted the game. Do not send passwords or private provider account details in a support email.
Contact surianta through the contact page. We can investigate the website and help identify a game provider, but cannot promise to restore data held by an independent game.
